The problem persists committing pages.

~/savannah/web/dhcpdtui $ cvs commit
cvs commit: Examining .
Enter passphrase for key '/home/gnu/.ssh/id_rsa':
cvs commit: ERROR: cannot write file /web/dhcpdtui/dhcpdtui/big.html,v:
Permission denied
(...)

I was able to commit page into another project/group:

~/savannah/web/liburegex $ cvs commit
cvs commit: Examining .
Enter passphrase for key '/home/gnu/.ssh/id_rsa':
/web/liburegex/liburegex/big.html,v <-- big.html
new revision: 1.6; previous revision: 1.5
Triggering webpages update...
