Hi, I am a BOX admin in my company, but one of my user has the same issue
(account disabled but email cannot be use to create Box account).
Can you assist to completely remove her email, so I can re-create her
account.I will write email later.

If there is any history or assets associated with an account then it
will need to be authenticated.

What are the account names?
